ATTENTION MEMBERS & NON-MEMBERS
 
As we are in the planning stages now we will be having a meeting on April 08, 2010 @ 4:00pm at our land on Longer Sand Lane.  Anyone who would like to be a part of helping with the Pow-Wow should come to this meeting.  We need volunteers to help organize and perform tasks to make this Pow-Wow a success. 
 
Please check this page out often, because it will be updated as we move towards April, 2010.
 
Attention Out of Town Visitors and Vendors
 
The Host Motel for our Pow Wow is The "Marlboro Inn" located at Bennettsville, SC 29512 Phone # 843-479-4051. Please let them know you are here for the Pow Wow to get your discount price. Location is about 10 miles from the Pow Wow Grounds, which is located on 100 Oak Hill Road McColl, SC. The Motel has nice well equiped rooms. You can call and make your reservations anytime. McDonalds, Subway and other eating places are within walking distance. Other Motels are available in Laurinburg, NC also about 8 miles distance from the Grounds.
 
Motor Homes, Travel Trailers and Campers
 
There is no hook up spaces, but there is a place for you to park or throw up a tent. This is Free. Contact Chief Caulder on arrival and he will get you taken care of.
